Emily Flynn MS, RDN, LDN brings her passion for food and health to the masses. She believes in the basics - understanding our relationship with food and how food works in and with our bodies. She encourages a lifestyle of moderation not restriction, or quick-fix diets. Emily’s main focus is to work with individuals showing them how to make balanced, informed and realistic food choices that taste great, can save money and are part of a sustainable lifestyle.
Emily Flynn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelors degree in Health Science/Dietetics and Masters of Nutrition and Physical Activity from James Madison University. She is also a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in Pennsylvania. She has over ten years of experience in nutrition counseling with medical nutrition therapy for both in-patient and out-patient populations. Some of these areas include bariatrics, pediatrics, cardiac care, transplant, dialysis and diabetes. She is a wife and mother who enjoys cooking for her family and teaching her sons about healthy living. In her free time she loves to run, hike, read, cook new recipes and share great food with friends.
